To mark our love for walking, we’ve come up with a five-week Walking Workout series – led by expert trainer, Emma Obayuvana – to support your adventures. It’s the perfect pre-hike warm-up, wet weather activity or Saturday morning energiser.

The series consists of five 20-minute workouts focusing on getting those steps in. You’ll have both high impact and low impact options, so you can make it as hard as you like. A new class will be released every Saturday in July.
