Throughout the series, you’ll be doing low-impact exercises that promote a better range of motion, strong posture and healthy circulation. Complete the series and we guarantee that you’ll feel more supported in your wider training. Oh, and you’ll reduce your risk of injury.

Suitable for all fitness levels, each workout will last a maximum of 30 minutes and a new class will be released every Saturday at 6am for the next four weeks.
