Mobility for runners 3: Time to mobilise the upper back muscles

Emma has us reaching and rotating to tap into the mid-to-upper back muscles. We need those to be strong and mobile if we want to run with relaxed shoulders and do strength moves like rows easily. The session ends with some ankle mobility - always a good thing for regular runners.
