Welcome to week 3 of the Hip Flexor series! If there’s one thing our hips don’t like, it’s desk work. Spending hours a day sitting down to answer emails can leave us feeling stiffer than cardboard. You might not notice it in day-to-day life, but the moment you try to run, hike or give yoga a go, you’ll soon find that hip mobility is the key to remaining injury-free.

Led by expert trainer Mia Wilkinson, this course will guide you through a thorough stretch of the five key muscle groups that make up our hip flexors. Each session lasts a maximum of 30 minutes and a new class will be released every Saturday throughout June at 6am. As usual, the series is suitable for all levels and the workouts will be available on-demand for you to complete in your own time.
