This workout has been designed to banish those back-to-real-life blues once and for all. Trainer Janine George kicks things off with an explosive energiser circuit of high jumps and squat rotates, to get the blood pumping and the body limber, before going into a full-body workout that’ll hit every muscle.
We end with a core circuit of tiger curls and single leg runners sit-ups, which’ll help you to get over any niggles picked up from slouching on a plane or in a crumbling tent.
ENERGISER CIRCUIT: high jumps
Stand with your feet hip-width apart
Bend your knees and whoosh your arms forward as you tip forward onto your toes to jump
- Exaggerate the jump by engaging the core to bring your knees as high as possible as you move into the air
- Bend your knees as you touch back down
