Welcome to week 3 of the Beginners Guide to Deadlifts series!
Each week you’ll be guided through a different variation of the deadlift (traditional, sumo, single leg and Romanian), with technique and key differences explained. Whether you’re a dab-hand at deadlifts already but want a refresher on form, or you’re looking to start lifting for the first time, this series is suitable for all -levels.
Each session lasts a maximum of 30 minutes, and a new class will be released every Saturday throughout May at 6am. As usual, all workouts are available on-demand for you to complete in your own time.
