Led by expert trainer, Emma Obayuvana, this five-week series has been designed to provide you with a quick and effective exercise option that can be easily weaved into a busy schedule. After all, we know that flexibility is key when it comes to working out.

Throughout the series, you’ll be doing a combination of cardio and strength training that will work to improve metabolism, increase muscle strength and boost overall fitness. And, even more importantly, these workouts have been designed to lift even the most wintery of moods.

Suitable for all levels, a new HIIT workout will be released on Wednesdays and a new strength workout will be released on Saturdays throughout the five weeks.
