We’re cranking up the intensity with a workout dedicated to compound movements. Emma kicks things off by teaching us how to do the perfect front and side lateral raise. In the main circuit, we’ll be going between single leg good mornings, curtsy lunge into squats and side plank rotations. To really finish off the compound theme, our strong finisher today will be an EMOM of deadlifts into squat presses.
