Today’s finisher is a compound and isolated movement challenge. You’ll be doing a ladder of squat presses and bicep curls, working the whole body before focussing on one particular muscle group. Before you get to that point, however, you’ll have to get through a strength circuit of single-arm upright rows, woodchops and press-ups. We kick things off with a tricky compound exercise - the reverse lunge knee raise.
