In this workout, PT Sam takes us through a circuit with two different types of lunges, before moving onto overhead presses and press ups to really get those arms and shoulders working. Finish strong with an EMOM of jumping lunges and sumo squats, just to really make sure those glutes, quads and hams and hip flexors are firing.
