After scooping up a bevy of gongs at the Emmys and Golden Globes, the smash hit show brought to you by the creator of Gilmore Girls is finally back on our screens on 5 December via Prime Video. 

To celebrate its much-anticipated return, we’re offering 40 lucky winners the chance to watch the first episode of season two before anyone else, at a very special event on 4 December in London.

Set in Fifties New York, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel follows Miriam ‘Midge’ Maisel as she attempts to make it as a female comic in a culture largely unwelcoming to funny women. The first series was equally heartwarming and heartbreaking as Midge attempted to navigate single motherhood, a broken heart and a new career.

You’ll arrive at a Christmas-themed department store (just like the one Midge works at in the show), welcomed with some bubbles and canapés as well as Fifties inspired cocktails.  

You’ll then be ushered into The Gaslight Cafe comedy joint for beer, wine and lols as well as a live band playing Fifties jive classics.

Next up is an evening of stand-up comedy hosted by Sindhu Vee with three female comedians taking to the stage.

Finally, you’ll settle in to watch the first episode of the second season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.
