SUPPLIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS (DETAILED)

Stylist.co.uk: the promotor, giving away two pairs of tickets on their website.

Two (2) prize packages shall be provided by Disney to Stylist. Each prize package shall consist of the following:

1. A pair of tickets to Disney’s Aladdin at the Prince Edward Theatre in London

• Two (2) tickets to a matinee or evening performance taking place before 28th August 2019.

• Winner must be aged 18+ and must be parent/guardian to their guest if the guest is under 18 years of age.

• The show is not suitable for children aged 3 or under and is recommended for ages 6+ - winner’s guest must be an appropriate age to watch the show.

• Tickets are subject to availability and will be the best available seats for the selected performance. Winner is requested to provide 3 preferred performance dates and times. Disney will look to accommodate such dates but cannot guarantee that the winner’s preferences will be available.

• Does not include talent meet and greet or similar and the appearance of any particular cast member is not guaranteed.

• Travel and accommodation is not included.

• Tickets must be collected from the theatre box office at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Please bring appropriate photo ID in order to collect the tickets.

• We recommend that winner and their guest arrive at least 45 minutes prior to the start of the performance. The late arrival of either the winner or a guest may mean that they will not be able to see the show.

• In the event the performance does not take place, is cancelled or terminated, The Walt Disney Company Limited shall provide two (2) tickets to an alternative performance of the show, such alternative performance timings to be determined by The Walt Disney Company Limited, in its sole discretion.

2. Two (2) drinks vouchers

• One (1) voucher for winner and one (1) voucher for their guest shall be available when collecting show tickets from the theatre box office.

• Vouchers will be redeemable at any bar at the Prince Edward Theatre on the evening the winner and their guest is attending the performance of Aladdin.

• Each voucher can be exchanged for one glass of house wine / bottled beer or one non-alcoholic drink as available at the bar on the date of the performance.

3. Two (2) Aladdin Goody Bags

• One (1) goody bag for winner and one (1) goody bag for their guest shall be available at the theatre box office when collecting the show tickets.

• Each goody bag includes one (1) tote bag, one (1) Aladdin plush, one (1) Jasmine plush, one (1) souvenir brochure, one (1) key ring and 1 (1) latte mug.
