Attracting over 11,000 participants and 30,000 spectators each year, the London Triathlon has become a must-do event in the sporting calendar. With a variety of distances, routes and wave categories to choose from, our event caters for athletes of all levels; from first-time triathletes to Olympic champions, everyone is welcome at the London Triathlon.

The London Triathlon takes place at the ExCeL Centre, Royal Victoria Dock and has a unique urban route, that allows participants to swim, bike & run past the iconic landmarks of our capital and will take place on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th July!
DISTANCES
There are 4 adult distances available: Super Sprint, Sprint, Olympic and Olympic Plus.
You can enter as an individual in any of the 5 distances or as part of a Team Relay in the Sprint and Olympic distance categories.
Alternatively, for those hardcore types, there’s also a Weekend Warrior distance in which participants swim, bike and run as far as they can over the weekend.
