A new retreat seems to be popping up every day, thanks to increased demand for the chance to reconnect with nature, disconnect from our devices and learn more about how to take care of ourselves.

Our Retreat, Somerset
Our Retreat has destinations all over the world for guests to enjoy, but if you fancy somewhere a little closer to home, then its Somerset-based retreat is the perfect place to start.
Centred around all things yoga, the two-night retreat offers a range of yoga and pilates classes as well as the opportunity to try breathwork and guided meditation. Once that’s all done, you can wind down with a nutritious meal and enjoy a dip in the wild swimming lake or a walk through the beautiful, leafy grounds before relaxing with a good book in a roll-top bath.

Woolly Wellness Retreat at Cameron House

The Dreaming
Founded by the Welsh singer Charlotte Church, The Dreaming’s series of retreats are designed to help guests rest and relax while reconnecting with nature.

Wise & Prime Wim Hof Retreat
