Titanique

A musical combining the music of Céline Dion with the iconic film that is Titanic? Now, that’s music to our ears. Starring Lauren Drew (Legally Blonde) as Céline, Titanique is the new award-winning musical that turns one of the greatest love stories of all time into a hysterical musical fantasia.

The Great Gatsby on stage

The Great Gatsby

After a Tony Award-winning run in the US, The Great Gatsby is coming to the UK.

A musical based on F Scott Fitzgerald’s novel of the same name, it tells the story of Jay Gatsby, who hosted exceptional parties for the rich and famous at his Long Island mansion during the prohibition era. However, instead of joining in on all the fun, he spends his time pining after his former lover Daisy Buchanan.

Disney's Hercules theatre show

Hercules

One of the best animated films of all time is the 1997 film Hercules. Well, in my opinion, anyway. And Disney is finally bringing this beloved story to the stage.

The story follows the mortal son of gods Zeus and Hera, who must grow up on Earth and learn what it means to be a real hero, especially in the face of Hades’s scheming plans. Like the film, the musical will feature songs such as Go The Distance, From Zero To Hero and I Won’t Say I’m in Love.

Punch theatre play

Punch

An award-winning play that brings Jacob Dunne’s true story to the stage, Punch hits London’s theatre world after a sold-out run in Nottingham.

“Jacob Dunne, a teenager from Nottingham, spends his Saturday nights seeking thrills with his friends. One fateful evening, an impulsive punch leads to fatal consequences. After serving prison time, Jacob finds himself lost and directionless. Searching for answers, Joan and David – the parents of his victim, James – ask to meet, sparking a profound transformation in Jacob’s life,” reads the synopsis.

Richard II

Jonathan Bailey may have had a busy 2024 with Bridgerton, Fellow Travellers and Wicked, and he’s taking that energy into this year, too.

The actor will appear in a new version of Shakespeare’s historical play, which follows troubled monarch Richard II during his reign and downfall. And he’s no stranger to the stage, either. He previously won an Olivier Award for Stephen Sondheim’s Company and starred in the West End revival of Mike Bartlett’s Cock in 2022.

Much Ado About Nothing

Much Ado About Nothing

Another Shakespearean tale. Tom Hiddleston and Hayley Atwell will take on Benedick and Beatrice in Much Ado About Nothing, who are always at each other’s throats until their friends plot to make them fall in love with each other.

From 10 February 2025, Theatre Royal Drury Lane

The Years

Based on Nobel Prize winner Annie Ernaux’s beautiful work of the same name, five actors create an unapologetic portrait of a woman shaped by her rapidly changing world. The production stars Deborah Findlay, Romola Garai, Gina McKee, Anjli Mohindra and Harmony Rose-Bremner.

My Neighbour Totoro

My Neighbour Totoro

After becoming a huge success for the Barbican, this award-winning adaptation of the Studio Ghibli film is back in 2025, but this time, in the West End.

The story follows schoolgirl Satsuki and her younger sister, Mei, as they settle into a country house with their father and wait for their mother to recover from an illness. As the sisters explore their new home, they encounter and befriend playful spirits in their house and the surrounding forest, including a creature known as Totoro.

Why Am I So Single?

From Toby Marlow and Lucy Moss, the writers of Six, comes new musical Why Am I So Single? – a story in which the lonely lives of two friends are transformed into an all-singing, all-dancing extravaganza about love, dating, friendship and lots more. And the songs are just as catchy as those in Six, so you’re in for a treat.

The Devil Wears Prada Musical

While we patiently wait for a film sequel, The Devil Wears Prada is being reimagined into a musical with an original score by none other than Elton John, and Ugly Betty’s Vanessa Williams will play the iconic role of Miranda Priestly – editor-in-chief of Runway magazine and fashion’s most powerful person. Can aspiring journalist Andy succeed under the rule of Priestly and how far will she go to get what she wants?
