Period Plan:

For anyone over 18 with the following symptoms:

• blood clots around the size of a 10p

• bleeding longer than seven days

• you suffer from psychological symptoms like mood swings and anxiety, and/or physical symptoms like cramps, bloating and headaches associated with your periods

• bleeding through your clothes or bedding

• irregular bleeding – this could be between periods or how frequent they are

• any other concerns around your period

Menopause Plan:

Signs of the menopause or perimenopause are different for everyone. That’s why it’s important to speak to a GP who has additional training in the menopause for care that’s tailored to you. Common signs and symptoms can include:

• Hot flushes

• Low mood and energy levels

• Anxiety and depression

• Brain fog

• Night sweats or insomnia

• Vaginal dryness

• Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)

• Thinning hair

• Low sex drive

• Joint pain

• Itchy skin
