To celebrate the release of The Outrun, STUDIOCANAL have partnered with Stylist to offer readers an exclusive preview screening at Odeon cinemas across the UK. Readers can claim free cinema tickets to watch the film on 16 September before it’s official release on 27 September.

Based on the best-selling memoir by Amy Liptrot and directed by Nora Fingscheidt (System Crashers), The Outrun, is set in the otherworldly Orkney islands of Scotland. Saoirse Ronan stars as 29-year-old Rona, who after a decade away in London, returns to her home in Orkney, where memories of her childhood merge with the recent events that have set her on this journey. Here, Rona must come to terms with the addiction that has consumed the past decade of her life. Slowly the mystical land enters her inner world and – one day at a time – Rona discovers how the natural world can restore life and heal old wounds.

Following its premiere at this year’s Sundance Festival, the film is already garnering high praise with critics calling it “extraordinary” and “a marvel to behold”.
