Prince George Walks At The Polo

It’s been a while since we last saw baby George and hasn’t he come on leaps and bounds!

The prince had the world at his feet, literally, as he showcased his first steps just a month shy of his first birthday while supporting the Duke of Cambridge, 31, at a charity polo match on Father’s Day.

Clutching at his mother’s hand the little prince showed how he has mastered the skill of standing on his own two feet and walking – no doubt he will now keep Wills and Kate on their toes.

Kate, 32, had strongly hinted at an event last week that her son had taken his first steps, but this is the first time he has been snapped in the act. 10-month old Prince George grabbed at polo mallets at the event in the Cotswolds while Prince William and Prince Harry played the field.

Wearing a white polo T-shirt under red and white striped dungarees, George was the centre of attention, as usual, at the annual Jerudong Trophy match at Cirencester Park Polo Club in Gloucestershire yesterday.

Royal commentators insist he is the spitting image of his father.

But Prince William was a full month older by the time he began crawling on his hands and knees when he visited Australia with his parents in 1983- so George is already strides ahead of him.
