Salted caramel is not just for eating. Here, Nigella shows how to work her new food obsession into cocktail hour.
Ingredients
- Nigella's salted caramel sauce
- Butterscotch Schnapps
- Fleur de Sel
- Vodka
- Dry White Vermouth
Method
For those who want to begin with drinks not food, take a small martini glass, dab a little butterscotch schnapps around the rim then dredge in fleur de sel.
In a small jug, mix 2 x 15ml tablespoons vodka, 2x 15ml tablespoons butterscotch schnapps and 1 x 15ml tablespoon dry white vermouth. Pour carefully into waiting martini glass so as not to disturb the salt rim.
