Cocktail ice lollies are so very now and a great new way to get your cocktail fix, so take advantage of the summer sun and try one of these mouthwatering cocktail ice lollies created with Patrón tequila. Choose from the classic Patrón Perfect Margarita popsicle, the fruity beauty that is Patrón Piña Coronada, the über-refreshing Patrón Paloma or experiment with your dark side with a Patrón Raging Bull, made using Patrón XO Cafe – an indulgent tequila-based coffee liqueur.

Patrón Paloma

Ingredients (makes 4)

50ml Patrón Silver

300ml pink grapefruit soda

Method

Pour pink grapefruit soda into a glass with Patrón Silver, mix, and then freeze for at least 5 hours.

Patrón Perfect Margarita

Ingredients (makes 4)

35ml Patrón Silver to taste

15ml Patrón Citrónge

125ml freshly squeezed lime juice

90ml fresh orange juice

85ml sugar syrup

Method

Combine all ingredients and mix well, or better still shake in a cocktail shaker. Freeze as quickly as possible.

Patrón Piña Coronada

Ingredients (makes 4)

50ml Patrón Silver

25ml sugar syrup

15ml elderflower cordial

A couple of drops of vanilla essence

50ml fresh lime juice

210ml fresh pineapple juice

Method

Combine all and shake ingredients and then freeze. Simple.

Patrón Raging Bull

Ingredients (makes 4)

50ml Patrón XO Cafe

The juice of one lime

250ml cola

Method

Add cola to Patrón XO Cafe and squeeze in the juice of one fresh lime. Freeze immediately.
