It's National Rum Day today and to celebrate we've got a Beetroot Daiquiri recipe featuring Havana Club - the rum of Cuba, with vanilla and chocolate notes. Salud!
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons of white sugar
- 20ml of Beetroot juice
- 20ml of fresh lime juice
- 50ml of Havana Club Añejo 3 Años
- 1 cup of crushed ice
Method
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend for 30 seconds then serve in a daiquiri or martini glass.
3. Enjoy!
