To celebrate both the end of the working week and the first day of London Fashion Week, we're sipping an elegant Mozzarella Martini, created especially for the Capital's most stylish time of the year by Obikà mozzarella bar and restaurant in South Kensington.
Ingredients (makes one cocktail)
50ml Vodka
50ml Cointreau
Water drained from daterini tomatoes (use fresh tomato juice if this is not available)
Boconcini mozzarella, basil and a daterini tomato to garnish
Method
1. Place the vodka, Cointreau and tomato juice in an ice-filled cocktail shaker
2. Shake well and pour in to martini glass
4. Garnish with the Boconcini mozzarella, tomato and basil on a skewer
5. Enjoy!
