A Japanese illustrator and designer has created edible "Legos" and the incredibly fun (not to mention delicious-looking) designs have gone viral.
Akihiro Mizuuchi first poured molten chocolate into intricate molds. After cooling them down, the chocolate bricks were popped out and assembled together just like Lego.
And while a tonne of melted chocolate and sticky fingers comes to mind, it seems the edible creations are fully functional. Mizuuchi built three bears using the sweets created in four flavours: milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, and strawberry chocolate.
Sadly for anyone who feels like a child about to be gifted a new toy, the product isn’t available to buy. We hope someone arranges a meeting between Mizuuchi and Lego, pronto.
