If, like us, you’ve seen every episode of RuPaul’s Drag Race out there, then you’ll be more than familiar with the endless iconic quotes, killer comebacks and the most extravagant costumes you’ve ever laid eyes on.

Which is why the news of a drag queen-inspired brunch taking place twice a month in London is giving us life this autumn.

Hosted by The Breakfast Club – an American-inspired café with hang outs all over the city – the diner plans to get the party started by 12:30pm. With many a queen taking to the stage to perform cabaret-style routines and belt out numbers with more gusto (and lip-syncing action) than Mariah Carey by 1pm.

To make sure you don’t go hungry during the experience, a breakfast buffet will be served to your table during the performance – and boy, what a buffet it is. Think towers of bacon butties, stacks of sugar-drenched pancakes, and plenty more besides.

To wash it all down, you’ll be treated to unlimited prosecco, Bucks Fizz and draft beer, making for a wonderfully boozy brunch.

And, after the all singing, all dancing show is over, a spin-off game of Strictly Come Drag Queen will open to the floor – allowing everyone and anyone to get in on the action.

Things may finish at 3:30pm, but we’re pretty certain that you’ll never want the party to end. Thank goodness, then, that ticket holders will receive two-for-one on prosecco and draft beer until the wee hours.

The brunch is only available at their Canary Wharf location, and tickets are priced at £39, and you can book them online here. In addition, a new brunch date has been added for Saturday 16 December, and a Christmas event Strictly Come Drag Queen: the Panto’.
