60s styling and oddball characters - we're enchanted by Wes Anderson's quirky new film Moonrise Kingdom.
Following the success of cult hits such as The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic and Rushmore, director Wes Anderson is back with a new oddball comedy, Moonrise Kingdom. Starring Hollywood heavyweights like Tilda Swinton, Bruce Willis, Edward Norton and Bill Murray, Moonrise Kingdom tells the story of two 12-year-olds who fall in love and decide to run away with each other, turning their small, offbeat community upside down in the process. Set on an island off the coast of New England in 1965, the film's nostalgic feel, retro styling and pure quirkiness has us totally enthralled.
