The event, ’Dare to Connect: Career Connections and Finding the Balance’, is designed to teach you how to develop emotional intelligence, how to deploy it at work and why it matters.

By building up your emotional toolkit under the principles of perseverance, anticipation, authenticity, connection, self-belief and vulnerability, you can develop resilience and inner strength to help you through stressful times, as well as inspiring those around you

Tickets for the event on Tuesday January 29th at the Crowne Plaza London - Kensington cost £10 and will include a drinks reception before moving into a panel talk and workshop.

The panel includes Sarah Stein Lubrano from The School of Life, Alice Olins and Phanella Mayall Fine from Step Up Club and Natalia Perez, Crowne Plaza’s Brand Management Director and is chaired by Stylist’s Alix Walker.
