It's a story that could come straight from a Disney film - one minute you're an ordinary cartoon character, the next you've been transformed into a glamorous magazine cover star. But that's exactly where some of the animation house's best-loved female characters find themselves, thanks to artist Dante Tyler Brown.
Leading animated ladies including Snow White, Little Mermaid Ariel and Pocahontas have been given their first ever Vogue cover, thanks to the imaginative skills of the US-based artist.
Dante has selected eight beloved Disney heroines to star on the front page of mock-up versions of the iconic fashion magazine, along with their own witty cover lines, including 'Froggy, fierce and fabulous' for Tiana from The Princess and the Frog's cover and 'Sleeping Beauty and an awakened glamour".
The beautiful illustrations haven't quite made it onto actual magazines yet - but if ever there was a case for art becoming a reality, we think this should be it.
Meet the Vogue princesses in all their fabulous detail below. For more information on the covers and the artist, visit Dante's profile page.
