Sex toy reviewer is a job and it’ll net you £28,000 and unlimited holiday

What does a ‘dream job’ really look like in 2017? Working in a gin distillery and tasting chocolate aside, of course.

Well, it probably involves a good salary, flexible hours and the ability to work from home. A great annual leave allowance wouldn’t go amiss, either. And, yeah, a few extra little benefits (like discounted gym membership and a free day off on your birthday) would be heartily welcomed.

Most important of all, though, is finding a job that lets you do something you love. And, if you’re anything like us, one of the things you probably love doing the most is… well, you.

Which is why a lot of people are excited that London-based sex toy brand LoveWoo is currently advertising for an official sex toy reviewer.

LoveWoo is on the hunt for someone to test out their diverse product range, which includes “sex toys, lingerie, games, and much more”.

Afterwards, you’ll have to sit down and reflect on whether or not “the product is hot” before writing a “detailed and informative review” about it for the general public.

You’ll also need to come up with a list of personal recommendations, use social media to share your thoughts, respond to customer queries and write features for the site.

And, yes, it’s a real job with a real salary: you’ll get £28,000 a year – and you’ll be asked to work from home two days a week (presumably to test out your products).

Better still, there’s unlimited holiday to use up, not to mention the fancy three-day staff retreat that LoveWoo whisks everyone away on each year, too.

It’s a tough job, but someone’s got to take one for the team.

So what does the ideal candidate look like?

Well, LoveWoo would prefer someone personable, honest, open-minded and with a “good sense of humour”. Applicants should also be able to provide samples of previous written and video content, and have experience using website content management systems.

If this sounds like you, head over to the website and send them a sample sex toy review, as well as your CV and a bit about why you’d be perfect for this unique role.

Just be sure to check out our CV tips first, to help push yours oh! oh! oh-ver the edge (sorry).
