It’s time to stop beating around the bush and tell it how it is: when it comes to the festive season, we’re ready to eat our body weight in sweet treats.
Don’t get us wrong – we’re all for an alternative advent calendar (or ten) – but at the end of the day, there’s nothing better than a daily bite-sized sweet treat to get you in the Christmas mood.

M&S has taken the nation’s beloved sweet and put it into chocolate form for a suitably festive appearance. The raspberry-flavoured sweets have been transformed into creamy milk chocolate shapes for 23 days of the calendar, with the 24th and final day of advent marked with a mini pack of Percy gummies.
The calendar is set to arrive in M&S stores over the coming weeks.
The Heroes Advent Calendar
Sticking with the chocolate assortment brands theme, the Heroes selection are also getting their own advent calendar for December 2019. Inside you’ll find mini versions of some of Cadbury’s most popular chocolate bars, from the honeycomb delights of the Crunchie to the melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness of the classic caramel.

If you’re looking for a touch of sophistication from your chocolate calendar, look no further than this golden offering from Ferrero. Alongside the classic Ferrero Rocher offerings, this calendar features some of the company’s other treats in dark, milk and white chocolate.
