In this week’s Stylist we discussed the possibility that while women expect equality in the workplace, we might be hypocrites at home – leaving traditionally 'male' tasks, such as drilling, taking out the rubbish and even changing lightbulbs to our other halves. Now it’s your turn to comment.
We want to know how the household jobs are divided in your life - is this along gender lines or otherwise? Do you leave cleaning the bathroom, rewiring a plug or hanging shelves to the man of the house (or even a contractor), or are you more than happy to roll up your sleeves and scrub the toilet, assemble a flat-pack wardrobe and give the lawnmower a run around the garden when the need arises?
Tell us your thoughts on the subject by leaving a comment below.
