Aperol spritz, stand aside.
Let’s face it — the negroni sbagliato (“with prosecco in it”) is, as Olivia Cooke put it, “stunning”. But it is also so 2022.
Well, there’s a new It cocktail in town. She’s pink, she’s got a bit of bite and she looks divine in a coupe class. Oh, and she takes no more than five minutes to make.
There is a lot we love about the pink paloma. This is a cocktail that has the elegance and timelessness of a martini, with a distinctly feminine touch. But it’s no cosmo. Maya Jama, broadcaster and queen of Love Island, is definitely making the pink cocktail this summer.

A regular Mexican paloma is typically made with tequila, but this twist on the classic uses gin instead. Here’s Gordon’s Gin’s very own pink paloma recipe.
