Pumpkin spice is everywhere. In every cafe or coffee shop I’ve stepped into recently, there’s been a huge sign for a pumpkin spice drink concoction of some kind. And that’s great, it is pumpkin spice latte season after all. But sometimes you’re simply not in the mood for pumpkin. Or maybe you’ve never liked the flavour. This doesn’t mean that you can’t partake in an autumnal twist on your favourite food and drink, especially when the world of chai spice exists.
