If you want a stronger core while also protecting your back and stretching your body, try these moves.

You can’t find a better workout than pilates for strengthening your core. In fact, the entire workout is designed with your midsection in mind, using controlled exercising and breathwork to engage the abdominals.

We could list hundreds of different pilates exercises to try if you want a good ab workout, but there are already some clear favourites that are going viral. Vertical leg crunches, oblique crunches, scissor kicks and Russian twists are some of the most googled fitness moves, and they all happen to be core-targeting pilates exercises.
