When a friend suggested that she run every day last January, Sarah Whiteley thought they were joking. A year on, however, and she’s still jogging. Unlike the wildly aspirational run streakers on TikTok and Instagram, Sarah’s daily runs last anywhere from 1k to 10k and are all about simply lacing up and getting outdoors rather than embarking on tendon-ruining multi-marathons. Aside from the Strava tally, she explains how running every day has transformed her body and mind and why she recommends it to other women looking for a break.
A weekly dose of expert-backed tips on everything from gut health to running.
