We all know that working out is good for us, but barriers to exercise – including money, time or energy levels – and external pressures can make it hard to know whether what we’re doing is enough. But the thing is, there’s no ‘right’ way to exercise. So, to show just how varied our relationship with exercise is – and what shapes those relationships – we asked 100 women to share how much time they spend working out every week and tell us the factors that influence their decisions. Here’s what we found out.
