Pop into your local reformer pilates studio these days and you can expect to pay upwards of £18 for a low-intensity hour. It may hone and tone but trying to make reformer into a weekly habit comes at a huge cost. So, it’s no wonder that TikTok has found a workaround: swathes of users are swapping classes for at-home sessions using just a mat and a foam roller.
