If you’re looking to get mentally and physically stronger, a fitness challenge is a good place to start. But finding one that can be done with little space, no equipment and that will leave you calmer and less stressed is a feat in itself. Enter: the sun salutation yoga challenge.

Like so many people, I’m usually stressed about something. As a result, I now live with stress-induced migraines and yoga has always appealed to me as a way of curbing that reaction. Sure, I came to yoga for the physicality of it (I wanted to be stronger and more flexible) but in more recent times, I’ve come to understand what yoga can offer by way of mental reward.
