We’re drinking more than usual, going out-out on school nights and balancing the temptation to sleep in at the weekends with fitting in Christmas shopping. Not enough of us get a sufficient amount of deep sleep at any time, but as we hurtle towards a new year, now’s the time to implement little tweaks that might make a big difference.
