But with many of us living in cities or facing environmental toxins like allergens, mould and smoke from vapes and cigarettes, facing the reality of our lung health can feel like a daunting prospect. So, how can we support our lung health now and in the future? We asked a respiratory consultant to talk us through five habits that could cause issues and tell us what action we need to take to keep our lungs in tip-top shape.
