No one likes dealing with period-related symptoms, but for women who suffer from debilitating pain and heavy bleeding, it requires a lot of sacrifice. In fact, new research from Bupa has revealed that 79% of women who suffer from painful, heavy or irregular periods say their relationships suffer as a result. Here, we speak to women in this situation about their experiences and ask the experts for some tips on dealing with the mental health effects.
