Get ready to relax and unwind with this guide to the capital’s best wellness destinations.

We all know how important it is to prioritise our wellbeing – but between busy days at work and responsibilities at home, it can be hard to find the time to truly switch off. Sometimes, you just need to escape the hustle and bustle of your daily routine to fill up your cup.

Lucky for us, London is home to a bustling wellness scene, with enough studios, spas and wellness centres out there to suit everybody’s taste.

While booking in for a massage or treatment may not be the kind of thing you can afford to do regularly (in which case, a session of self-massage can be the ideal substitute), it’s the perfect way to treat yourself when you’re feeling run down or in need of a pick-me-up.

The difficult bit is choosing where to go, so we’ve put together this guide to some of our favourite wellness spots across the capital to help you get started. From a boutique massage studio in Hackney to a mind gym in Parsons Green, keep reading to check out our picks.
