We all know that too much sugar isn’t great for us, but neither are carb-free diets and extreme restriction. So how do you manage to reduce your refined sugar intake while keeping energy high and, more crucially, protecting a healthy relationship with food. That’s something self-confessed ‘sugar addict’ Kavi Shah has been finding out. She challenged herself to quit refined sugar for two weeks in a bid to find more sustainable energy.
