It’s hardly surprising, then, that Google searches for ‘how to boost dopamine naturally’ have increased 160% over the last 12 months, while the term ‘dopamine boosting foods’ has seen a 400% increase. But is it possible to boost your dopamine levels through dietary changes? And if so, what foods should we be targeting? We asked a dietitian to explain all.
