There’s no doubt that a good breakfast can really pack a nutritional punch. But is it nutritious enough to have as a main meal every night for a week?
I know I’m not alone when I say I love breakfast. So many delicious foods – eggs! waffles! avocado! – all delicious. And it’s become a Friday night treat in my house to have “breakfast for dinner” – think hash browns, baked beans, mushrooms – the works.
