Curious about your gut? We’ve teamed up with Yakult to bring you a weekend packed with all things gut health. Hosted at Underwood Lofts, Old Street from Saturday 24 - Sunday 25 June, The Gut Life Weekend will feature a series of expert-led sessions, from live cooking demos to dance workshops, to help you get to know your gut better.

Whether you want to learn how to whip up a nutritious and gut-friendly brunch with Charan Bijlani or find out how a simple breathwork practice can help you take care of your wellbeing and unwind from a full-on day, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to picking which sessions to get stuck into.

You’ll also get to sample the brand-new Yakult Plus – a refreshing citrus flavoured skimmed milk drink bursting with 20 billion friendly bacteria. It’s rich in vitamin C to support the immune system and help lower fatigue*. Just in time for a summer full of socialising.

Tickets

Tickets cost just £10 for each session (plus the standard booking fee), £5 of which will go to Yakult’s charity partner - St Mark’s The National Bowel Hospital. Plus, you’ll receive an exclusive goody bag to take home with you.
