For the first time ever, luxury fashion site Vestiaire Collective is launching a physical pop-up shop in London’s Selfridges and, trust us, this is something to be excited about. 

If you aren’t already familiar with Vestiaire Collective, it’s a high-end resale website unlike any you’ve seen before. Seller’s pieces have to be personally vetted by the Vestiaire Collective team to ensure their authenticity and value before being placed on the website. 

Put it this way, Vestiaire Collective sell more Hermes Birkin bags than Hermes themselves. It’s also one of the only places you can get your hands on the most sought-after collaborations such as Louis Vuitton x Supreme and Nike x Off-White. 

More importantly, with the conversation around sustainability in the fashion industry going strong, resale websites like Vestiaire Collective play a key role in the conscious consumption of clothes.

In a shared commitment to driving a sustainable approach to fashion, Vestiaire Collective will be launching a two-week pop-up at Selfridges, where consumers will be able to buy and sell pre-owned luxury IRL. 

The pop-up will include some of the most desirable pieces on the market at the moment, but in true eco-fashion style, these are classic must-haves from past seasons including Dior saddle bags, monogrammed Fendi, Prada Nylon accessories, Chanel belt bags and hugely sought-after vintage Celine pieces. 

If you’ve got any designer gear knocking around, there will also be a ‘drop-off’ location within Selfridges, giving consumers a chance to sell their pre-loved items in-store and get advice from the Vestiaire professionals. 

The pop-up is located in Selfridges Oxford Street store, 2nd floor from 22nd October - 5th November
