Whether worn to work or a summer wedding, there’s a skirt and top set to suit every style.
Co-ords have been creeping into our lives for quite some time now, with three-piece suits, PJ sets and trousers and shirts all seamlessly slotting into our wardrobes as easy-to-style pieces. This season, we’re seeing a shift towards skirt sets, with multiple options spotted in some of our favourite shops.
The best thing about these two-piece picks is their versatility: they’re designed to pair together perfectly, instantly creating a put-together outfit with minimal effort. But they also work well when worn alone, whether styling the skirt with a boho blouse and sandals or choosing some simple jeans with the top for a more casual outfit. Either way, the wearability opportunities are endless.
Looking at brands, Reformation’s red two-piece has popped up on our Instagram home feed multiple times, with people wearing it to weddings, barbecues and summer parties. The M&S set is simple, chic and would slot perfectly into any environment, while the all-denim New Look co-ord offers a laid-back look that requires minimal effort. Keep scrolling to see these three options, plus some of our other favourite skirt and top sets below.

All-white outfits are one of this summer’s biggest trends and a skirt co-ord is an easy way to achieve the look. As this set has proven so popular, it’s already sold out at most retailers, so if you love it you will have to shop around – although we certainly think it’s worth it.
