Kate Moss made a rare catwalk appearance at Paris Fashion Week, transforming into a boudoir vamp for Louis Vuitton.

Marc Jacobs persuaded Moss to sashay down Louis Vutton's hotel corridor-style runaway in one of the most theatrical shows of the season.

Moss, along with models including current British favourite Cara Delevingne, donned a glossy black wig and dark cherry lips for her cameo.

The collection had a vintage nightwear theme and the 39-year-old made her appearance in a sheer dusky blue negligee, with long flowing sleeves and a rich floral print.

Jacobs staged his collection with drama and precision, having each model step out from behind individually numbered wooden doors and onto a carpeted 'runway', designed to represent the hallway of a luxury hotel.

Floral silk gowns edged with lace were worn under dramatic oversize coats made from velvet or trimmed with marabou.

Elizabeth Taylor-esque belted waists and metallic heels were accompanied by clutches and the iconic Vuitton Speedy, re-imagined in decadent marabou.
