London Fashion Week came to a spectacular close last night, as Tommy Hilfilger debuted his first ever TommyNow show in the capital.

The greatest and the good of the industry flocked to the Roundhouse in Camden, where Rock Circus – a dazzling homage to modern Americana with 90s grunge accents and nods to athletic-wear – played out on the runway.

Model Gigi Hadid, in her third TommyXGigi collaboration, headed a line-up of London’s freshest modelling talent that also included her sister Bella, Georgia May Jagger, Joan Smalls, Hailey Baldwin and Jourdan Dunn – among many other famous faces.

Over on the front row, stars included Yasmin Le Bon and her daughter Amber, Erin O’Conner, Poppy Delevingne, Lara Stone, Anais Gallagher and Kate Moss’ half-sister Lottie.

Tommy Hilfiger made full use of slick technology to host its signature “see now, buy now” format, meaning viewers at home could buy the new collection from the moment models set foot on the catwalk.

The show was also streamed live to ensure customers all over the world had a virtual front row seat.

And with an effortless street style aesthetic that combined feminine attitude with a rebellious twist, there was certainly lots to shop for.

Stylist’s executive fashion director Kitty McGee was there to soak up the action.

“Gigi and Bella Hadid opened and closed the high-energy show, which included pieces from the collection that Gigi designs in collaboration with Tommy,” she says.

“The soundtrack was a tribute to the best of 90s hip-hop and included songs from Notorious BIG, Snoop Dogg, Mary K Blidge and Jay Z.

“We ate mini burgers, hot dogs and fish and chips washed down with bottles Peroni, as some of the biggest models in the industry –  including Hailey Baldwin, Greta Varlese, Joan Smalls, Alana Arrington and Sara Sampaio - walked the runway in front of the hundreds of guests.

“The atmosphere was amazing, the perfect way to celebrate a week of brilliant London shows before heading off to Milan.”
