Fashion hounds, gather round. The official shortlist for the 2017 Fashion Awards – the Oscars of all things sartorial – has been revealed this morning and competition looks suitably fierce.

Nominees for the prestigious awards were unveiled at Soho House via a sleek film presented by Dame Natalie Massenet, who helms the British Fashion Council.

Among those being recognised for their contributions to the industry are newcomer Kaia Gerber – up for Model of the Year against both Hadid sisters – thanks to her impressive showing at September’s fashion weeks; Rihanna, who goes head to head with the likes of Supreme and Vetements for the prize of best Urban Luxe Brand, and Brit Jonathon Anderson, who’s nominated in all four design categories, including Designer of the Year for his work on Spanish brand, Loewe.

Scroll down to read the full list of nominees; the 2017 ceremony (expect feathers) will take place on 4 December at the Royal Albert Hall in London.
